Assembly and Packaging Worker

Our client in Rice Lake is seeking an Assembly & Packaging Worker to join their team.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate good dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Assembly & Packaging Worker Location: Rice Lake, WI Pay Range: $18 - $19.50/hr Shift: 1st Shift, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm What's the Job? Assemble small parts and components for product packaging Make boxes, put parts together, and bag/pack items Utilize basic tools such as screwdrivers, box cutters, and heat sealers Stand for extended periods with mats provided for comfort Lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally bend when placing boxes on pallets What's Needed? Good dexterity and attention to detail Ability to work in a faster-paced environment Basic tool usage experience Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds What's in it for me?
