Capital Markets Expertise:" Experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets with exposure to regulatory frameworks such as CCAR reporting, Basel, or similar compliance projects." Product Knowledge:" Strong understanding of banking products such as Mortgages, Deposits, Trading, Securities, Debt, Derivatives, Margin, Collateral Management, Capital planning, RWA, and liquidity reporting" Analyze and interpret balance sheet components and provide actionable insights." Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project)." Advanced SQL query skills for data extraction and analysis." Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint." Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities." Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines."
