Effective delivery of student-focused instruction both in the classroom and via online coursework is expected, as is continuous professional improvement and accessibility/interaction with students.Percentage Of Time 55 Responsibility / DutyScholarly Activity: At the Instructor level, not applicable.At the Assistant/Associate level, successfully publish peer-reviewed journal articles and conference proceedings to maintain academic qualifications.Percentage Of Time 30 Responsibility / DutyService to Department, College, University, and Community: Participate in student advising, institutional committees, and campus/community/professional activities. Participate in program reviews; participate in student recruitment and retention. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.Percentage Of Time 15Posting Detail InformationMinimum Experience RequiredAt the Instructor level, must have significant professional work experience in the teaching discipline. The professional experience must be of at least 5 years, significant in responsibility, and related to the teaching areas. In addition, the candidate must have strong professionalism and written and oral communication skills.Minimum Education RequiredAt the Instructor level, the individual must hold a Master's Degree in Management or Master's Degree in Business Administration with a Management concentration, or closely related field, preferably from an AACSB accredited school.At the Assistant/Associate level, Ph. D. or D.B.A. in Management of related field, preferably from an AACSB accredited school; ABD will be considered, but must provide strong evidence that all Doctoral requirements are completed, less the dissertation.Minimum Licenses Required Other Minimum Requirements Test(s) Required Preferred Education Preferred ExperienceDemonstrated professional expertise in management with meaningful industry involvement.
