They offer over 500,000 sq. feet of warehousing space located near the ports of the Los Angeles, CA and Newark, NJ.LOCATIONEast Rutherford, NJSummaryThe Customer Service Manager is responsible for customer satisfaction by maintaining clear communication, resolving issues proactively, and aligning warehouse operations with client expectationsDescriptionResponsible for promoting a culture of operational excellence focused on service to our customers, drivers, and other departments within the company.Serves as the main liaison between the warehouse and client accounts, managing day-to-day communication and escalations.Partners with warehouse operations to ensure client SLAs, order accuracy, and fulfillment timelines are met.Monitors KPIs and service metrics and reports performance results to clients and internal management.Education and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalenttwo to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
