The organization provides free and affordable, mentor-based initiatives including after-school programs, summer camps, workshops, and support groups. Role Description The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, planning, and implementation of community programs offered by Gathering Outreach Community Services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pearland, TX. Key responsibilities will include coordinating educational and recreational activities, managing program budgets, supervising staff and volunteers, and collaborating with community stakeholders. The Program Manager will also lead outreach initiatives and ensure programs are effectively meeting the needs of the served population. Qualifications Strong organizational and project management skills to plan, implement, and evaluate programsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse community members, staff, and stakeholdersExperience in staff supervision, team collaboration, and volunteer coordinationProficiency in budget management and resource allocationKnowledge of community services, educational program development, and social work practices is a plusAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detailFamiliarity with Pearland, TX, and its community demographics is preferredBachelor's degree in Social Work, Nonprofit Management, Education, or a related field is strongly recommendedPassion for community development and empowering families through mentorship and support programs
