Duties will include:Coordinating the development, administration and implementation of the Minnesota Student Survey;Provide training, technical assistance, and support to schools and districts to ensure their capacity to implement and use the Minnesota Student Survey data during various operational phases;Engage with the research, evaluation, and dissemination of the MSS to support programs and policy, prioritizing project management and documentation;Participate in MSS data governance structures across agencies to audit practices, create policies, make recommendations, and to adopt decisions regarding the future of the MSS.This position is eligible for hybrid telework. Employees living within 50 miles of the office location listed above will be required to work in the office at least 50% of the time each month. Employees may reside outside the state of Minnesota if they live in a state bordering Minnesota and are within 50 miles of the primary work location.
