HR Specialist

HR SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to support day-to-day Human Resources operations in a fully onsite environment. The ideal candidate brings strong HR administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner closely with managers and employees across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical) while ensuring data accuracy and compliance
Prepare, update, and process HR documents such as onboarding materials, employment changes, and policy updates
Support HR compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to company policies and employment regulations
Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, escalating matters appropriately
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, scheduling, and systems access
Assist with payroll support by gathering and verifying employee time, attendance, and other required information
Maintain HR metrics and reporting, including headcount, turnover, and attendance tracking
Liaise with internal teams and external partners such as recruiting agencies when needed
Assist with HR projects, audits, process improvements, and policy updates as assigned
Required Qualifications:
13+ years of HR experience (HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or HR Specialist level)
Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and compliance
Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, or similar) preferred
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Comfortable working 100% onsite in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
