AI-Accelerated Full-Stack Engineer (Replit / Cursor / Rapid Build Stack)

American AI & Automation (AAIA) builds automation and AI systems for enterprise, government, and education. Our GovTech + EdTech division delivers next-generation tools for school districts and public agencies—fast, secure, and compliant. About the Role We’re hiring AI-Accelerated Full-Stack Engineers who code fast and clean using Replit, Cursor, or similar AI-driven environments. You’ll build real apps—chatbots, dashboards, scheduling tools, and workflow automations—directly inside cloud IDEs. You’ll: Develop full-stack apps in Replit (React / FastAPI / TypeScript / Python). Use AI coding partners (Replit Ghostwriter, Cursor, Copilot, Claude) to iterate at high velocity. Ship live prototypes using synthetic data (no production PII). Build modular backends, APIs, and front-end UI/UX in parallel. Collaborate with UX and PMs to meet strict SLED (State, Local, Education) RFP specs. You’re a Fit If You: Have 2–5 years of full-stack experience and can deliver complete features solo. Are fluent in AI-assisted dev tools (Replit, Cursor, Copilot). Can move from prompt → prototype → deploy in hours, not weeks. Understand data modeling, API integration, and auth/security basics. Communicate clearly and document well for downstream integration. Bonus Points For: Prior experience in GovTech, EdTech, or automation tools. Understanding of FERPA, COPPA, or CMMC standards. Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini). Familiarity with serverless deployment (Vercel, Render, Replit Deploy).
