Behind every placement is our experienced operations team handling compliance, credentialing, and communication so you can focus on delivering exceptional care.Catalytic Solutions—where clinicians thrive, partners trust us, and healthcare staffing gets smarter.Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist!\n\nJob Description:\n\n- Exciting opportunity for a passionate Physical Therapist in Galt, CA!\n- Join an award-winning team recognized as the Private Practice of the Year by APTA.\n- Implement patient rehabilitation programs to enhance mobility, function, and strength.\n \nEssential Functions:\n\n- Hold an active license as a Physical Therapist in your working state.\n- Continuously maintain and enhance PT skills and certifications.\n- Evaluate and treat patients for various rehabilitation programs.\n- Utilize Electronic Medical Record systems for evaluations, reports, and discharge summaries.\n- Guide and monitor patient care throughout treatment and follow-up processes.\n- Supervise PT Assistants and Aides in patient care tasks.\n- Collaborate with physicians and co-workers to ensure optimal patient care.\n- Maintain accurate patient chart documentation and follow-up on prescriptions and authorizations.\n- Ensure patient comfort and address any questions they may have.\n- Collaborate with front office staff on scheduling and patient follow-up.\n- Possess computer skills necessary to fulfill job requirements (e.g. typing, Word, Internet, EMR).\n- Make independent decisions regarding patient care as needed.\n- Participate in business marketing and referral processes when applicable.\n- Adhere to HIPAA policy and procedures.\n- Familiarity with billing procedures for Medicare, work-comp, private, auto, liens, and cash pay.\n- Proficient in DX and ICD-10 coding for billing services.\n- Physical ability to perform duties including sitting, walking, and standing for 8-10 hours.\n- Lift up to 50 pounds and assist patients with mobility restraints, transfers, and safety during walking.\n\nRequired Education and Experience:\n\n- Degree in Physical Therapy.\n\nPreferred Education and Experience:\n\n- Continuing Education courses.\n\nAdditional Eligibility Qualifications:\n\n- Must hold an active license or plan to test in the near future for licensing in the working state.\n\nShift Information:\n\n- Days\n\nMinimum Years of Experience:\n\n- 1 year\n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):\n\nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
