Grow with us.💻 Learn more about us: www.blackhawk11.com 🤝 Connect with us on: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and InstagramRole OverviewThe Inside Sales Representative (ISR) plays a critical support role within the sales organization, working alongside Account Executives to manage client relationships, coordinate deals, and ensure seamless customer experience from quote to delivery.This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer-first mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaboration, and is motivated by growth and earning potential.What You’ll DoSupport Account Managers in managing and growing existing client relationships and prospectsServe as a key point of contact for customer needs, ensuring clear communication and follow-throughManage the full quoting and order process, including deal registration, order placement, and status updatesCoordinate with internal teams (Purchasing, Finance, Project Management, Engineering) to ensure accurate and timely executionBuild and maintain strong relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and distributorsAssist with new client onboarding and support customer account setup and issue resolutionParticipate in customer meetings, project kickoffs, and strategic planning sessions as neededEngage in weekly sales meetings, pipeline discussions, and marketing initiativesSupport vendor certifications and maintain knowledge of partner programsCollaborate across teams to support active client projects and ongoing account growthManage pricing, discounts, and customer expectations to ensure satisfaction and margin alignmentMake day-to-day decisions that support client success and business objectivesKey Qualifications2–3 years of experience in a VAR, IT solutions provider, or related environmentProven success in customer service, sales support, or account coordinationStrong interest in sales with a desire to grow and earn commissionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-upAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented mindset with a proactive and solutions-driven approachBachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferredBenefitsAt BlackHawk Data, we provide a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being in and out of work.
