Help ensure safe and efficient job site operations.Responsibilities:Assist operators with hoses, tools, and equipmentSet up and break down job sites (cones, barriers, safety signage)Expose underground utilities safely for inspection or excavationMaintain and clean equipment and toolsFollow all safety procedures and protocolsSupport the crew as needed during field operationsRequirements / Qualifications:High school diploma or GED preferredAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsPhysical stamina for lifting, bending, and climbingTeam-oriented with good communication skillsPrior construction, utility, or field experience is a plus but not required
