With delivery centers and offices across North America and India, we take pride in building long-term relationships and delivering excellence through innovation, collaboration, and integrity.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team within the Revenue Systems Portfolio covering Revenue Management, Cargo, Sales, and Network Planning. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise application development program management, MS Project, budget and resource management, and executive reporting and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions on scope, on schedule, and within budget.Responsibilities:Lead complex projects across the Revenue Systems Portfolio (Application Development) and coordinate cross-functional delivery.Develop and manage integrated project plans and schedules in MS Project, including critical path and dependencies.Manage multimillion-dollar budgets, resource plans, forecasts, and variances with corrective actions.Drive daily development activities, standups, and coordination with working teams and stakeholders.Identify, triage, and mitigate issues and risks with transparent escalation and resolution tracking.Prepare and deliver clear status reports and executive-ready presentations for senior leadership.Coordinate with user departments and data centers to align resources, timetables, and deliverables.Verify outcomes through system audits and ensure compliance with disaster recovery, backup, and information security controls.Recommend strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating outcomes, trends, and future requirements.Uphold organizational standards and maintain current knowledge of state-of-the-art practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:10+ years of experience in IT project or program management with application development initiatives.Proficiency in MS Project for scheduling, resource planning, and reporting.Demonstrated ability to manage multimillion-dollar budgets and financial forecasts.Experience leading cross-functional development teams and engaging with senior leadership.Strong skills in risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, and executive presentations.Background in the IT industry with development exposure and customer interaction.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Preferred Skills:PMP certification.Experience within Revenue Management, Cargo, Sales, or Network Planning domains.Why BCforward?At BCforward, we believe in advancing lives and careers.
