Business Operations Analyst

Business Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, supporting leadership, and acting as a central coordinator across multiple stakeholders.Develop and maintain leadership-facing reports.Create data visualizations and/or strategic communication products.Manage a high-volume inbox that receives complex and often undefined requests.Support stakeholder engagement activities.Play a key role in driving the automation of the inbox triage process by partnering with the Automation Shared Service, including gathering and documenting requirements to inform automation design.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field2-5 years of experience working with business application systemsOther Job Specific SkillsThrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and demonstrates a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.Values adaptability, relationship building, and continuous learning.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong presentation skills and executive presenceExcellent business writing and summarization abilitiesAbility to create data visualizations and/or strategic communication materialsAbility to process and distill complex information into actionable insightsQuantitative and qualitative research skillsStrong organizational skills and comfort operating in ambiguous environmentsAbility to manage multiple concurrent requests and maintain clear trackingCompensation RangesCompensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience.
