Privately HeldAbout the RoleThe Company is in search of a Division President to spearhead land acquisition strategy and drive long-term homebuilding growth. This executive leadership role is pivotal, with a focus on leading all land acquisition activities in line with the 5-Year Strategic & Profit Plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and securing various types of land, and will play a key role in presenting acquisition opportunities and long-range plans to executive leadership and board stakeholders. The role also involves partnering with senior real estate leadership on entitlements, development, and community integration, as well as ensuring a high-performance, customer-focused culture with a commitment to on-time home delivery.The ideal candidate for the Division President position at the company will have a minimum of 10 years' of senior leadership experience in residential homebuilding and land acquisition, with a proven track record in taking projects from entitlements to finished lots. Experience in expanding into new markets and building communities from the ground up is essential. The role requires a leader with strong financial, analytical, and negotiation skills, and a Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree being preferred. A Florida General Contractor or Real Estate License is also strongly preferred. The Division President will be expected to drive the company's growth and expansion, and to ensure that all activities are in compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.Hiring Manager Title
