Global Enterprise Account Executive, Workplace Equity

Role Overview:
The Global Enterprise Account Executive, Workplace Equity, is responsible for leading enterprise sales and revenue growth across international markets. This role focuses on selling Trusaic’s Workplace Equity suite of SaaS products and services to global organizations, typically with 10,000+ employees. You will develop new relationships, manage full‑cycle sales engagements, and work closely with internal teams to deliver impactful solutions to CHROs, Total Rewards executives, and senior HR leaders across multiple countries and sectors.
Own the sales process from first qualified meeting to contract close
Engage senior stakeholders in Human Resources, Total Rewards, Compensation, and Legal
Deliver strategic demos, presentations, and customized proposals aligned to complex client needs
Navigate enterprise procurement, decision‑making, legal review, and contract closure
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and long‑term client satisfaction
Manage and forecast a global pipeline using HubSpot CRM, Avoma, and ZoomInfo
Maintain clean and up-to‑date opportunity records and customer intelligence
Report on key sales metrics and contribute to revenue and market development strategy
Qualifications:
8+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales with a focus on HRTech, Compensation, HCM, or Analytics
Proven success managing complex sales cycles with Fortune 1000 or global organizations
Proven success selling into CHROs, Total Rewards, Compensation, and HR leaders
Technical aptitude and ability to work cross‑functionally with product and implementation teams
Deep understanding of global HRIS, HCM ecosystems and compensation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
Results‑driven, highly organized, and skilled at strategic selling in a multi‑stakeholder environment
CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and experience with prospecting platforms like ZoomInfo
Compensation:
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000–$250,000+ (uncapped commission)
Healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision coverage
401(k): Eligibility after 60 days (employee contributions only)
