This is a 100% commission-based role designed for a self-motivated sales professional who wants to be in control of their own income while leveraging high-level lead intelligence.

Your Responsibilities
Consult & Design: Visit residential and light commercial clients to assess their needs, perform technical calculations, and design the perfect HVAC system.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Respond to inbound leads and proactively mine our Crexi-backed database to build a robust pipeline.
Advise & Close: Educate homeowners on equipment options, air quality, and financing to create "customers for life".
Job Requirements
Reliable personal vehicle for the initial ramp-up period (until the vehicle milestone is met).
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
Ability to pass a background check.
Benefits & Pay
Pay Range: $80,000 - $150,000+ (Estimated annual earnings based on performance; this is a 100% commission role with uncapped potential).
DesignPro experience is preferred but not required; we provide training for the right candidate.
Company-provided uniforms and tablet.
Paid professional training and certifications.
Fuel allowance during the ramp-up period (until the vehicle milestone is met).
