Dental Territory ManagerA growing dental laboratory is seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial Territory Sales Representative to develop business within the Las Vegas, Nevada market. This role is ideal for a proven dental industry sales professional who understands how to build relationships, generate new business, and grow a territory with a high degree of independence.The company's digital workflows and shipping capabilities allow it to support clients beyond its immediate local market, creating an opportunity for the right salesperson to develop strong regional business in a remote geography while being backed by an established laboratory team.This is not an entry-level sales opportunity. The ideal candidate will bring meaningful dental industry sales experience, strong market relationships, and the ability to represent a high-quality laboratory partner to the dentist community.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow business within the Las Vegas territoryBuild and maintain strong relationships with dentists, dental practices, specialists, and other key referral sources in the local marketPromote the laboratory's services through in-person visits, phone outreach, digital communication, and consistent follow-upIdentify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term accountsManage the territory with an entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership of pipeline development, client engagement, and revenue growthPartner with internal leadership and support teams to ensure a strong client experience and smooth case flowRepresent the company at local industry events, meetings, conventions, and networking opportunitiesUse social media and professional outreach channels to increase visibility, strengthen connections, and generate leadsTrack sales activity, market feedback, and performance metrics, and provide regular updates to leadershipServe as a trusted point of contact for customers in the assigned region and help position the company as a long-term laboratory partnerQualificationsProven sales experience, preferably within the dental laboratory or broader dental industryStrong understanding of the dental market and how to develop business with dentists and dental practicesDemonstrated success building and growing a territory independentlyEntrepreneurial, self-directed approach with the ability to create momentum in a new geographyExcellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skillsComfortable with in-person outreach, digital communication, and social media for professional engagementOrganized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentValid driver's license and willingness to travel locally within the assigned marketDental industry experience is strongly preferred; candidates without meaningful industry sales experience will not be prioritizedCompensation and BenefitsBase salary: $70,000$75,0006% commission on net sales generatedUncapped commission structureStandard health, dental, and vision benefitsBusiness expenses covered based on approval and actual expensesThe company is flexible on geography but not on candidate quality.
