Insider Threat & Risk Analyst (Data Loss Prevention (DLP))
Job Responsibilities / RolePromoting and encouraging good culture and behaviours personally and across the company, in line with I AM Risk.Identifying, assessing, managing, and reporting risk, taking proactive personal responsibility for 'doing the right thing' in compliance with regulatory requirements and our frameworks and policies.Progressing specific actions that could minimise or mitigate risks identified (e.g., conduct risk and operational risk).Maintaining awareness of changes to regulatory landscape and incorporating these into activitiesSupporting the bank in meeting its business, legal, regulatory and stakeholder obligations in respect of Financial Crime Compliance.Research best practice, make positive contribution to shape and implement products and processes which help to protect the bank from Insider threat.Develop appropriate metrics which display the effectiveness of Insider threat.Positive contribution to continuous improvements in the insider threat spaceMandatory SkillsDemonstratable knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.Demonstratable knowledge of the use of Service Now including the ability to respond efficiently to tickets and run basic reporting.Excellent understanding of risk management practices, processes, and techniques.Understanding of DLP functionalities, including policy monitoring, incident response, and analysis.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Ability to display discretion and maintain confidentiality while interacting with other areas of the bank.Exposure to cyber security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.Exposure to cyber security platforms including Purview, Defender, and Netskope.Knowledge of applicable Data Protection laws and regulations (GDPR), Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards and the NIST Cyber Security Framework.Demonstratable knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.Demonstratable knowledge of the use of Service Now including the ability to respond efficiently to tickets and run basic reporting.Excellent understanding of risk management practices, processes, and techniques.Understanding of DLP functionalities, including policy monitoring, incident response, and analysis.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Ability to display discretion and maintain confidentiality while interacting with other areas of the bank.
