We’re looking for a motivated Associate (Mechanical) to support the design and delivery of high-performance critical infrastructure.⚡Key Responsibilities:Partner with the Department Head to create initial design concepts and oversee projects through to final deliveryServe as the main point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of assigned projectsLead the preparation and review of all project documentation, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time completionMaintain high technical and operational standards across all project deliverablesClearly communicate and present design solutions in both client-facing and internal meetingsCoordinate project teams effectively to ensure deadlines and design objectives are achievedManage design modifications, approvals, and project change processes from initiation through implementationDeliver multiple renovation/fit-out projects and large-scale complex developments successfully from planning through completion⚡Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or a related discipline8–14 years of relevant engineering experience within the built environment sectorAdvanced knowledge of industry-standard design software and calculation tools, including platforms such as Revit and AutoCADDemonstrated ability to lead projects effectively with strong organisational and team management capabilitiesIn-depth knowledge of discipline-specific project scopes, applicable industry codes, and cross-functional coordination requirementsComprehensive understanding of documentation standards and deliverables across all project stages, including SD, DD, CD, and specification packages⚡ Why This RoleLeading MEP design firm Hybrid schedule in MidtownLeading MEPExcellent exposure to complex, high-impact engineering projects📩 Apply if you’re are interested in working with leading clients in the MEP space.
