Job Title: Salesforce Lightning Migration ArchitectLocation: Reston, VA (Hybrid)Work Type: Contract (C2H)Job Description:Must-Have Skills:Proven experience migrating from Salesforce Classic (older versions) to Lightning Experience.Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practices.Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC).Ability to design scalable solutions and guide technical teams through complex migrations.Responsibilities:Lead the migration strategy from Classic to Lightning, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Provide architectural guidance and governance across Salesforce implementations.Optimize performance, security, and usability of Salesforce applications.Mentor developers and admins on Lightning features and best practices.Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce Architect certification(s) (Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect).Experience with large-scale enterprise Salesforce environments.Strong communication and leadership skills.
