Store Manager
Feel Great Car Wash is looking for a Store Manager to join our team at our Richland Hills location. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, leading and developing team members, delivering excellent customer service, driving sales performance, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can motivate employees, manage operations effectively, and ensure customers receive an exceptional experience. This person will be responsible for coaching staff, handling customer concerns, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring the store meets sales and operational goals.Responsibilities Lead and Manage Operations Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow throughout all shiftsRecruit, hire, train, and develop team membersCreate employee schedules and manage labor efficientlyMonitor store appearance, cleanliness, and safety standardsEnsure all company policies and procedures are followedDrive Sales and Performance Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targetsMonitor KPIs such as sales, labor costs, customer satisfaction, and productivityIdentify opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiencyAssist with promotions, upselling, and customer retention effortsTrack inventory levels and coordinate ordering when neededCustomer Service Excellence Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive customer experienceResolve customer complaints professionally and efficientlyBuild strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat businessEnsure team members maintain professionalism and excellent communicationCoach and Develop Team Members Train employees on company standards, procedures, and customer service expectationsConduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coachingMotivate staff to achieve individual and team goalsFoster a positive, team-oriented work environmentRequirements Previous management or leadership experience preferredRetail, car wash, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plusStrong leadership and team-building skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of sales goals, KPIs, and operational performance metricsExperience with scheduling, inventory management, and staff development preferredReliable transportation and flexible availability, including weekendsAbility to stand for extended periods and work in varying weather conditionsPreferred Qualifications 2+ years of management or supervisory experienceExperience coaching and developing employeesStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency with POS systems and basic computer softwareGoal-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate teamsPowered by JazzHR
