Head Baker

Head Baker for Neighborhood Bakery We are looking for an experienced Head Baker to join our team. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5-8 years’ experience baking and managment. We are looking for an energetic baker to help with daily production and who has knowledge /experience with cakes, cookies and pies. The Head Baker will be responsible for: Leading and developing a team Managing food and labor goals Creating weekly schedules and production sheets Production of our specialty and custom cakes, cupcakes, bars, and cookies. Management experience, a culinary degree, and cake decorating skills are all pluses. This is a high-production environment that will give you the chance to be intimately involved in running and building the organization, connecting, building lasting relationships, and having FUN!
