Candidates must be local to the Bay Area or Northern California.Key Responsibilities & QualificationsStrong experience applying Prosci ADKAR methodology and OCM best practicesProven ability to lead both strategic and tactical change management initiativesExperience managing stakeholder engagement across executive leadership, business teams, and cross-functional groupsExperience establishing and partnering with change agent / change champion networksAbility to develop and execute change strategies, communications, readiness, and adoption plansExperience supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within complex organizationsExperience developing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer activitiesStrong facilitation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skillsSolid project management and coordination experienceExperience conducting organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder impact analyses, and adoption measurement activitiesPreferredProsci Certification strongly preferredPublic sector and/or large enterprise experience is highly desirableLocation: Hybrid – Bay Area, CACandidates must reside in the Bay Area or Northern CaliforniaWhy PyxisJoin a mission-driven, collaborative team delivering meaningful impact for public sector clients.
