You will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment servicing major customers across the North American MarketKey Responsibilities· Safely operate sit-down counterbalance and/or stand-up reach forklifts· Load and unload trailers, move pallets, and stage inventory· Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately· Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records using RF scanners· Follow proper material handling procedures and safety protocols· Keep work areas clean and organized (5S standards)· General Site responsibility for safety and security· Carry out all and any tasks required by management· Assist with other warehouse tasks as neededRequirements· Valid Forklift Certification (OSHA-compliant) – Required· Minimum 1 year of recent forklift experience in a warehouse setting· Proven ability to operate sit-down and/or reach trucks safely· High school diploma or GED· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in a non-climate-controlled environment· Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety· Must be able to pass drug screen and background check· Reliable transportation and good attendance record· Must be authorized to work in the United States· Reliability and great communication are two key characteristics, as well as a can-do attitude.Preferred Qualifications· Experience with multiple types of forklifts (stand-up, cherry picker, etc.)· Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)· Previous experience in e-commerce or retail distributionWhat We Offer· Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays· On-site forklift recertification opportunities· Climate-controlled break roomPlease apply with you CV and specify your forklift certification type and expiration date.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability.DisclaimerThis Job Description describes the main job duties, responsibilities and activities in place at the time when it was issued.
