The organization establishes strong data foundations that empower leadership and business teams with reliable people-related metrics and insights.About the OpportunityThe Staff Program Manager, Data Analytics leads the strategy and execution of data governance, architecture, and analytics programs within the People Experience function. This role establishes the foundational models, standards, and operating practices needed to ensure reliable and consistent people data for operational reporting and future AI applications.The position combines strategic program leadership with hands-on execution to build scalable data programs, strengthen data quality, and deliver analytics solutions that improve organizational decision-making and effectiveness.Responsibilities• Develop and execute multi-quarter strategies and roadmaps for People data and analytics aligned with People Experience objectives.• Define and implement the operating model for data and analytics program management.• Lead architecture decisions related to data and analytics infrastructure.• Represent People data and analytics initiatives to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.• Establish and maintain a data governance framework covering definitions, ownership, quality standards, policies, and processes.• Create and maintain a business glossary and data catalog for people metrics and entities.• Assign data ownership and manage processes for identifying and resolving data-quality issues.• Monitor data quality, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.• Build and govern data models, schemas, and authoritative records for people data.• Maintain data lineage and oversee data transformations and consumption paths.• Develop consolidated and semantic data layers to standardize reporting and support AI applications.• Design modular data architecture that supports scalability and diverse business requirements.• Manage data and reporting requests, including prioritization, tracking, and resolution.• Oversee data access management to ensure appropriate availability and governance.• Maintain the program backlog, roadmap, priorities, and operational state.• Lead data literacy initiatives and training to improve data interpretation and usage.• Collaborate with business teams to foster a data-informed culture and increase adoption of self-service analytics.• Develop and maintain operational reporting products, dashboards, and performance metrics.• Partner on advanced analytics and predictive modeling initiatives as organizational capabilities mature.• Conduct user discovery and research to identify stakeholder needs and validate data and analytics solutions.• Design frameworks, models, and standards that govern data and analytics programs.• Produce documentation and other artifacts required to implement frameworks, standards, and solutions.Requirements• Demonstrated experience in data governance, analytics program leadership, and data architecture.• Ability to translate operational objectives into strategic data and analytics roadmaps.• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data modeling.• Experience designing scalable data systems, models, and governance frameworks.• Proven ability to manage complex relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.• Experience developing data literacy programs and fostering data-driven organizational cultures.• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements related to people data.Pay Range and Compensation Package• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
