Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical (Travel)Location: Utica, NY, 13502Shift: Night | 6:30 PM - 7:00 AMDuration: 13-weeksGuaranteed Hours: 36 hours per weekWeekly Pay Rate: $2,016 - $2,232; (Negotiable based on experience)Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Utica, NY. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of recent Med/Surg experience and prior travel nursing experience. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrate clinical excellence, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced hospital environment.Responsibilities:Deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care delivery.Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and self-care practices.Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation using EPIC EMR.Float to other units within scope of practice as required.Required Requirements:Experience: Minimum 2 years recent Medical/Surgical RN experience.Travel Experience: Required - Must document previous travel assignments.Licensure:Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in New York State.Verification of all active RN licenses.Certifications:Current AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.EMR Experience: EPIC required.Additional Info:Will accept local candidates.Local pay rates apply to those residing within 75 miles.How to Apply:
