The Controller is a hands-on leadership role responsible for both accounting oversight and advanced financial management. This position is ideal for a highly motivated professional who can bridge accounting, finance, and banking relationships to support a rapidly growing organization.Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Operational OversightFinancial Planning, Cash Flow & Capital ManagementTreasury, Banking & Lending LeadershipOperational & Strategic PartnershipSystems, Process Improvement & ScalabilityTeam LeadershipIdeally looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)5+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, with at least 4 years in a leadership/management roleProven experience in cash flow management, financial forecasting, and banking/lender relationshipsExperience managing credit facilities, borrowing base reporting, and covenant compliance
