As a Service Assistant (Bus Help), you will play a key role in supporting the front-of-house team by ensuring the dining room is clean, organized, and prepared for exceptional guest service. You will assist servers in delivering a seamless experience, maintain the ambiance of the restaurant, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency in a luxury dining environment. If you have a background in luxury or fine dining service and a genuine passion for creating magical guest experiences, we invite you to apply and become part of the tradition that makes Napa Rose a cornerstone of Disney's world-class dining experience.Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas; clean floorsReplenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining roomAssist servers with tasks as neededAnticipate guest needs and act accordinglyWork with kitchen/restaurant equipment including, but not limited to, coffee brewers, juice, and soda fountainsBasic Qualifications:You must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for this rolePrevious work experience in a fast-paced, high end restaurant environmentExperience with multi-taskingGeneral knowledge of sanitation2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environmentKnowledge of Forbes standards is a plusExcellent guest service skillsPoised and professional - avoiding use of casual languageVery strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills - including the ability to speak articulately and clearly and provide good eye contactAdditional Information:Schedule Availability This location serves breakfast and dinner service.
