We are looking for self-starter who likes to wear multiple hats, with excellent communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills. We are an innovative product team offering hardware and software solutions for various industries including POS and Signage products.Responsibilities: Work on Android development, driving architecture and development using the latest mobile standardsParticipate in all phases of our software development life cycle to convert concepts and specifications into released Android applications and featuresOther responsibilities and duties as assigned by managerMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited institution1 year of relevant experience with Android development, which can include internship and co-op experienceComfortable learning innovative technologies, tools and platformsPreferred Qualifications: 2 years of experience with Android development1 year of experience on Kotlin2 years of experience with RESTful servicesGood working knowledge of revision control and code review toolsExperience starting projects from scratch and jumping into an existing architectureExperience creating applications on the tabletAndroid frameworks, Kernel, System Level experienceThorough understanding of Android SDK, NDKExperience developing web and native software for mobileExperience in Object Oriented Design and Programming, Design Patterns, and related frameworksPhysical Demands:Ability to lift to OSHA single person lift requirementsAbility to sit, stand, bend, or walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to travel domestically and internationallyMust be able to work a standard full-time scheduleMust be able to work a hybrid schedule, in the Milpitas office on Tuesdays and WednesdaysElo Touch Solutions provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics. Starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $87,900 and $122,800 annually is commensurate with experience relative to the position and may vary based on candidate geographical location.
