OutSystems Developer/Engineer

Job Description - add details hereA dedicated technical support resource to provide support for the OutSystems platform. This individual will be responsible for providing support for an OutSystems environment that hosts a portfolio of serval established applications as well as many active projects. This individual will interface with the project and support teams for these individual business applications to ensure to ensure that the platform and applications are maintained in a healthy state. In addition to support responsibilities, this individual will also help build and maintain internal tools to for administration of the OutSystems platform.Skills and Requirements - add details hereKey Responsibilities:Execute deployments and configurationsTriage and respond to support ticketsMonitor logs and analyze runtime errorsTroubleshoot and debug issuesCoordinate platform upgradesMonitor environment server resourcesMonitor AI Mentor Studio and resolve issues with project teamsPerform code reviewsDevelop internal tools for administration of the platformExperience/Education:Minimum 3 years of experience developing and/or supporting OutSystems 11 applications. OutSystems Certifications: Web Developer Specialist and/or Platform Ops EngineerTechnical Skills:OutSystems 11OutSystems Developer Cloud (preferred)Oracle SQL (preferred)Other SkillsProficient in OutSystems development and best practices. Proficient in SQL. Experienced in performing OutSystems Platform Upgrades.Proficient in communicating and collaborating with several project teams across functions.
