Job description Southern California Market Performs general manual labor tasks, including loading, lifting and moving materials. Prepare site for construction, including, trenching. General construction duties such as framing (required), drywall installation, painting, etc. Working Conditions and Physical Demands: Ability to place rebar, climb on and off equipment, climb in and out of trenches. Not afraid of climbing heights up to 250ft Should have some experience in: - Trenching - Framing (required) - Filling & back Filling - Compaction - Foundation & Concreting - Steel rebar forming Minimum one year of proven training and/or experience Ability to understand and perform the layout of framing Strong knowledge of concrete carpentry Ability to use hand tools Basic computer knowledge Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 per hour Ability to Relocate: Eugene, OR 97440: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
