We leverage decades of experience to deliver contingent staffing, direct placement, executive search, and workforce services worldwide.What You'll Do:Prepare specifications for low and high-volume manufacturing automation equipmentOverall responsibility and accountability for production quality from definition to operational stagesDesign test fixtures and implement product and system testsEfficiently obtaining measurable and predictable resultsCreate and present test reports in a clear and concise mannerPlanning, procuring, organizing and maintaining test equipment and materialsCollaborate with product development team to incorporate test resultsCoordinate with manufacturing partners for product testingSet and communicate reliability requirements and targets for components, subsystemsJob RequirementsWhat You'll Bring:Minimum 3 years of experience as a technician or engineer in the manufacturing industryHigh school diploma or GEDWhat Sets You Apart:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Technology program at College/University2 or more years of work experience in Solar Module manufacturing plant, a plus but not requiredStrong computer skills and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, 5S, Six sigma, Toyota production system, and/or Lean Manufacturing training courses.Good Knowledge of the application of statistical tools in process control and product monitoringKnowledge of Computerized Maintenance Systems (CMMS) is an assetAdditional Information:Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screenAfter you apply, you may receive a call or message from our AI Talent Scout about this role or other opportunities that match your skills and preferences.
