Integrated Health and Wellness Specialist

We are looking for someone to join our team of human optimizers for the position of trainer. At Optimum, we not only help people reach their fitness goals, but we help heal mind, body, and spirit through the use of our eclectic modalities. Primary duties and responsibilities: Maintain floor presence and relationships with clients. Floor presence must be kept clean and neat as we follow all COVID cleaning and social distancing requirements. As a brand ambassador of Optimum, all training staff must help curate a positive fitness and recovery experience. Turnover modality room and assist clients with using most modalities. Assist clients with modalities, body analysis measurements, EGym, and RFID integrations, and help develop personalized programs for all members. Assist with client on-boarding, monthly evaluations, and consultations Product Promotion and Sales: Offer recommendations on wellness products, including supplements, Optimum modalities and services, and health-related resources. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends to provide informed advice. Manage inventory and sales transactions related to wellness products. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and feedback. Handle scheduling, billing, and other administrative tasks as needed. Report on client outcomes and program effectiveness to management. Requirements, knowledge, skills, & abilities: Minimum 1-year training or hospitality experience with verified references preferred. Nationally accredited certified personal training certification from one of the following entities: ACSM ISSA NASM NSCA ACE- only high-level specialized certifications Must have a strong understanding of health and wellness and be able to explain it in a way that the general public understands. Attention to detail and accuracy. Client service oriented. A strong emphasis in hospitality and customer service a must. Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexible work schedule availability required. Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 80 hours completed in compatible field.
