As a Commissioner at Embry Security, you will be instrumental in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our client base. This role is pivotal in ensuring we deliver top-notch security services while fostering strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
Generate leads through various channels to expand the client base.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients.
Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and sales performance.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service to maintain long-term relationships.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the security industry.
Strong lead generation skills with a track record of successful negotiations.
Excellent account management abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a team environment.
