DPI Staffing is seeking an experienced Facilities, Fleet & Safety Manager for one of our customers in Salem. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Direct hire Location: Salem, OR Will require occasional travel to our other locations (South Salem & Eugene Salary: $71,480 - $82,202 Occasional travel between sites and flexible scheduling are required. Key Responsibilities Lead company-wide EHS and OSHA compliance programs Manage safety training, inspections, audits, and incident investigations Serve as primary contact for OSHA visits and external audits Oversee OSHA recordkeeping and safety KPIs reporting Review of customer contracts, site safety plans, and job hazard analyses Lead the Safety Committee and support return-to-work initiatives Identify hazards, assess risk, and recommend corrective actions Authority to suspend operations that pose safety risks Manage facilities budgets, maintenance planning, and capital projects Oversee vendors, RFPs, bid reviews, and contractor selection Lead facility installations, renovations, and refurbishments Manage building access, alarms, and security incident investigations Ensure after-hours emergency coverage Oversee fleet operations, preventive maintenance, and replacement cycles Manage GPS systems, vehicle registrations, insurance, and permits Oversee vehicle procurement, disposal, and accident reporting Ensure DOT and CDL compliance and reporting Supervise facilities, fleet, and support staff Provide training, coaching, and performance management Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Support inclusive employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities Partner with leadership on budgeting and operational planning Qualifications 3–5 years of Environmental Health & Safety experience 3–5 years of management experience Experience with facilities and fleet management Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and environmental regulations Proficiency with Microsoft Office and facilities/fleet software High school diploma or equivalent Physical & Work Environment Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull moderate weight (with assistance as needed) Exposure to industrial and facilities environments (noise, dust, chemicals) Occasional after-hours, on-call, or flexible scheduling Benefits 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision & life insurance Paid time off, paid holidays & floating holiday Retirement plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) APPLY NOW!
