Job SummaryThe Human Resources Specialist will play a key role in managing full-cycle recruitment and supporting employee training and development initiatives. This role partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to ensure we attract, hire, and develop high-performing talent.Key ResponsibilitiesA. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage full-cycle recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding)Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planningDevelop and implement effective sourcing strategiesCoordinate interviews and maintain applicant tracking systemsEnsure a positive candidate experienceSupport employer branding initiativesB. Training & DevelopmentIdentify organizational training needs through collaboration with leadershipDesign and coordinate onboarding and orientation programsSupport the development and implementation of learning programsTrack and evaluate training effectivenessMaintain training records and compliance documentationAssist in leadership development initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2+ years of experience in recruitment and/or training & developmentStrong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of U.S. labor regulations and HR best practices.Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred to effectively coordinate with HQ and local teams.
