With institutional capital partners already in place and a pipeline exceeding 1,500 units, the foundation is set. What they need now is the right person to lead the next phase of growth.The RoleThe CIO will own all investment activities and strategies across an active and expanding multifamily portfolio spanning units in asset management, under construction, and in final stages of construction financing. This is a capital raise and strategy role at its core. The right person will expand debt and equity sources, deepen institutional JV relationships, drive acquisitions, and work directly alongside the CEO to execute on an ambitious growth trajectory.
