Loan Servicing Manager
SUMMARY:We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Loan Servicing Manager to support the full lifecycle of our lending operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring exceptional client servicing while overseeing delinquency management, asset recovery, legal coordination, and third-party vendor performance. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in financial services servicing, sound judgment, and a proactive, professional approach, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing servicing team by setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement aligned with organizational objectives. Oversee portfolio health through data-driven analysis and KPI reporting, delivering clear insights and monthly presentations to executive leadership and credit committees to support strategic decision-making. Lead portfolio delinquency mitigation and cost-of-risk control, personally managing complex or sensitive delinquent accounts while ensuring full regulatory and policy compliance. Act as primary liaison with legal counsel on non-performing loans and asset recovery, overseeing legal documentation, settlement strategies, and executive updates on recovery efforts. Serve as senior escalation point for complex or high-value clients, delivering high-touch, solutions-oriented service and overseeing exceptional servicing requests and risk mitigation. Facilitate client wire requests by preparing and reviewing required documentation to ensure accuracy, authorization, and adherence to transaction protocols. Oversee outsourced servicing vendors through ongoing quality reviews, KPI alignment, and training to ensure consistent performance and portfolio health outcomes. operational efficiencies and service enhancements while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and governance standards. QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required. Minimum of 5+ years of finance operations experience in a lending environment, with demonstrated expertise in servicing and collections. Proven experience working with financial lenders, including banks, credit unions, and captive finance organizations. Working knowledge of lending regulations. Strong knowledge of lending-related legal documentation and regulatory compliance requirements. Exceptional attention to detail with a consistent track record of accuracy and quality execution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused and professional approach. Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while maintaining strategic oversight. Proficiency with loan servicing platforms, CRM systems, and document management tools. Demonstrated experience driving data-driven process improvements and operational efficiencies. Hands-on experience with asset recovery and related servicing workflows.
