What’s a typical day as a Technical Customer Support Representative? You’ll be:Providing front-line technical support, information, and solutions to dealers and customers regarding Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG) products. Handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues through telephone, email, and chat, and documenting each interaction in the case management system. Creating and maintaining support tools and resources for internal and online customer use. Supporting a wide variety of agricultural products, desktop and mobile software, and machine guidance systems. Collaborating with team members and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention efforts. This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If YouHave strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Possess experience in customer service or technical support environments. Demonstrate high comfort level and experience with consumer software applications, strong computer and troubleshooting abilities, and experience with data management. Are flexible to work any 8-hour shift between 7am and 7pm CST, Monday through Friday, on-site in Johnston, IA. Are able to work off-shift hours and occasional holidays as required. Are willing to comply with an attendance policy during the 6-week training period with no time off. Hold a bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field (preferred) or have a high school diploma with a relevant technical certification. Any experience or knowledge of agriculture customers, operations, or precision farming is a definite plus. Are willing to participate in occasional work-related local travel for training and development.
