We're committed to developing the next generation of test engineers and will invest in your growth from day one.What You'll DoYou'll be at the heart of our quality assurance process, gaining practical experience in designing test solutions, troubleshooting electronic assemblies, and working alongside skilled engineers who are invested in your success. This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on technical work and mentorship to build a strong foundation in electronics testing.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in designing, developing, and troubleshooting In-Circuit Test (ICT) fixtures and functional test solutions under senior engineer guidancePerform functional testing using established test procedures and learn to develop new procedures with supportExecute calibration procedures on customer assemblies with precision and attention to detailDiagnose and troubleshoot electronic assemblies, identifying issues and implementing solutions with mentorshipConduct comprehensive testing and analysis, documenting results and learning from experienced team membersParticipate in design-for-test reviews to understand how to optimize product design and manufacturabilityInterface with customer technical teams to understand requirements and resolve test issuesMaintain detailed documentation and contribute to process improvementsReceive hands-on training on state-of-the-art test equipment and industry best practicesWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Associate of Science (AS) in Electronics or Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical degreeStrong foundational knowledge of analog and digital components, circuits, and basic circuit analysisHands-on experience with test equipment such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators (internships, coursework, or personal projects count!)Solid computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems quicklyExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailStrong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with cross-functional teamsGenuine passion for electronics and eagerness to grow as an engineerNice-to-Have SkillsPrior internship or co-op experience in electronics manufacturing or test engineeringExperience with test automation, programming, or scripting languagesKnowledge of quality standards such as ISO processesExposure to aerospace or defense industry standardsAny hands-on electronics projects or lab experienceWhy You'll Love Working HereWork Environment & CultureJoin a collaborative team that values technical excellence, continuous learning, and supporting each other's growth.
