Lead Electrical Project Manager – Hyperscale Data CenterLocation - North Dakota (Full-Time On-Site with 2 trips home per month)The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Project Manager to join a leading General Contractor delivering a large-scale Hyperscale Data Center project in North Dakota. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all electrical and MEP project operations from preconstruction through commissioning and handover.The ideal candidate will come from a strong MEP or electrical contracting background with proven experience delivering mission-critical projects. Previous hyperscale data center experience is highly preferred; however, candidates with experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial, or other highly technical construction environments will also be considered.This is a full-time site-based role with two company-supported trips home per month.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all electrical project delivery activities across a major hyperscale data center build Manage electrical subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field teams to ensure safe and efficient execution Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, risk management, and reporting Coordinate closely with client representatives, design teams, commissioning teams, and internal operations leadership Drive quality assurance and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards Support preconstruction planning, sequencing, constructability reviews, and value engineering efforts Monitor productivity, manpower planning, and project performance metrics Ensure all work is delivered in accordance with safety, quality, and commissioning requirements Lead issue resolution and maintain strong stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle Support turnover, commissioning, and final project closeout activities Required Experience & QualificationsProven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Senior MEP Project Manager on large-scale construction projects Strong background working for a General Contractor, Electrical Contractor, or MEP Contractor Prior experience delivering Hyperscale Data Center projects preferred Candidates with semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, mission-critical, industrial, or highly technical project experience are encouraged to apply Strong understanding of electrical systems, MEP coordination, commissioning, and project delivery processes Experience managing large subcontractor packages and fast-track construction schedules Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work full-time on-site in North Dakota Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: Up to $160,000+ Guaranteed Monthly Project Incentive Per Diem: $180/day (7 days per week) Accommodation / Relocation Assistance Travel Allowance Sign-On Bonus Annual Performance Bonus Car Allowance Project Completion Bonus 4 Weeks PTO Full Benefits Package including Health, Dental, Vision & 401(k) Why Join?This is an opportunity to play a leading role on one of the most technically advanced construction sectors in the industry.
