Position OverviewThis opportunity supports a growing Per Diem Pool within an RN Stepdown unit. The ideal candidate is confident in providing high-acuity care and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.Required Experience & SkillsProven experience with tracheostomies and ventilatorsEPIC electronic medical record experience requiredbility to work weekendsPreference will be given to candidates available for a full schedule through the end of January and the first week of February Compliance RequirementsMinimum compliance must be completed prior to the start date. Full compliance documentation must be finalized within two weeks of starting.Non-Negotiable Compliance Items Include:ctive license verificationCurrent BLS, ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP (as applicable)MMR and Varicella vaccination records (or signed declination)Negative TB resultsDrug screen and background check to be submitted shortly after the clinician's first shift
