This role is the delivery backbone of the account — coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and the client.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end program and project planning for server hardware operationsCoordinate cross-functionally across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to keep programs on scheduleManage delivery timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation plansServe as the primary operational point of contact for client program stakeholdersDrive resolution of program-level issues and escalationsReport program status, risks, and key metrics to leadershipQualifications6–10 years of experience in technical program/project management, ideally in server or hardware manufacturingStrong track record delivering complex, cross-functional hardware programs on timeExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skillsComfortable working onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentNice to HavePMP or equivalent program management certificationExperience supporting hyperscale cloud or data center hardware programsWhy Join Compal USA Technology?At Compal USA Technology, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to one of the world's leading technology manufacturing organizations as we continue expanding our U.S. operations.
