Full Stack Software Engineer 4 - Content Promotion and Distribution
For our client, we are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer 4 - Content Promotion And Distribution to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a hospitality and recreation environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $250,000 – $413,000 annuallyResponsibilities Build and maintain workflows for tagging content with key dimensions including genres and storylines Design, launch, and promote engaging user experiences that resonate with a global audience Create editorial content that enhances audience connection with their favorite shows and movies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless feature deployment from inception to launch Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident reviews to ensure service reliability Develop high-scale, low-latency services to support the the company catalog and content discoverabilityQualifications Strong proficiency in backend development using Java, C#, or similar OO languages; solid understanding of OO design principles Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices, translating business needs into effective technical designs Familiarity with distributed systems, multithreading, and software observability concepts Expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS; experience with React is a plus Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical team members and drive cross-functional collaboration Proven ability to work across the full software stack, from backend services to user interfacesBenefits Health Plans and Mental Health support options available 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching contributions Stock Option Program to participate in company growth Flexibility in vacation and time off policies including generous paid leave Family-forming benefits and support for family planningOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
