The Scheduler will be responsible for developing and maintaining our HVAC schedules, coordinating timelines, resource allocations, and milestones to keep projects on track. Key daily responsibilities will include collaborating with project teams, updating project forecasts, preparing reports, and ensuring projects adhere to deadlines. The Scheduler will play a pivotal role in optimizing operations by ensuring all schedules are efficiently planned and executed. This role will also include construction administrative support to our electrical and general contractor responsibilities. QualificationsProficiency in scheduling and computer skills such as Airtable / Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesFamiliarity with construction timelines, project lifecycle management, and critical path methodologyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and client relationsStrong attention to detail and analytical skills for identifying project risks and resource conflictsConstruction experience a must Please send salary requirements with resume.
