Motorcycle and SxS Parts Specialist

Duties:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory, including stock levels and product information.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering solutions related to automotive diagnostics and parts.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the parts counter and warehouse.
- Utilize POS systems to manage sales and inventory.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that customers are provided with the correct parts and information.
- Participate in sales management activities, such as creating promotions and managing sales goals.
- Maintain a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics and parts to provide expert advice to customers.
- Keep accurate records of stock levels and product information.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a parts or inventory management role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and parts preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and sales management techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
