Archadeck Outdoor Living, part of Empower Brands, is seeking a dynamic and results-drivenFranchise Business Consultant (FBC)to support and grow our franchise network. This role goes beyond traditional business consulting by placing a strong emphasis ondriving revenue, improving sales performance, and optimizing the full sales lifecycle across the system .As a Franchise Business Consultant, you will serve as a coach, mentor, and strategic partner to franchisees, helping them grow their businesses through a combination ofoperational excellence, financial performance, and disciplined sales execution . You will work directly with franchise owners and their teams to improvelead conversion, sales pipeline management, and overall revenue growth .This role is structured with approximately30% of time supporting new franchiseesas they ramp up and exceed early performance expectations, and70% focused on driving same-store sales growth and performance optimization across existing offices .Key Responsibilities: Franchisee Coaching & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with up to 30 franchisees, serving as their primary business coach and advisorConduct comprehensive business and sales assessments to identify performance gaps and growth opportunitiesDevelop and execute customized action plans focused onrevenue growth, sales performance, and operational improvementProvide ongoing coaching and accountability to ensure franchisees execute against goals and key initiativesAct as a trusted partner in navigating challenges, capitalizing on opportunities, and driving measurable resultsSales Performance & Revenue Growth (Core Focus)Drivesame-store sales growthby coaching franchisees and their teams on effective sales strategies and executionOwn and optimize thesales funnel , ensuring consistent execution from lead intake through closeAnalyze key sales metrics includinglead conversion rates, average ticket size, close rates, and pipeline healthConduct regular pipeline reviews with franchisees to identify gaps and improve forecasting accuracyCoach on the full sales lifecycle, including:Inquiry handling and qualificationIn-home consultations and recommendation developmentOvercoming objections and closing techniquesLeveraging contracts, referrals, and customer reviewsPartner with franchisees to improvelead management, follow-up discipline, and overall sales process consistencyProvide hands‐on coaching through ride‐alongs, role play, and real‐time feedback when in the fieldStrategic Business & Sales CoachingDeliver ongoing coaching in leadership, sales management, and business strategy to drive overall performanceLead weekly, bi‐weekly, and monthly calls focused on KPI tracking, sales performance, and growth planningSupport franchisees in building and managing high‐performing sales teams, including onboarding and development of salespeopleTrain franchise owners to effectively coach and manage their own sales teams ("coach the coach")Identify and share system‐wide sales best practices to elevate performance across the networkEvaluate franchise operations to ensure alignment with brand standards and identify efficiency opportunitiesConduct field visits to assess bothsales execution and operational performancePerform financial analysis (P&L, sales reports, benchmarking) with a strong focus onrevenue growth and profitabilityPartner with franchisees to improve margins through pricing strategy, sales mix, and cost controlProvide strategic recommendations on staffing, capacity, and production aligned with sales growthTraining, Tools & Program SupportSupport and reinforce Archadeck'ssales methodologyacross the franchise systemDeliver training workshops, webinars, and field coaching on sales strategies, tools, and best practicesContribute to the development and evolution ofsales tools, scripts, and training resourcesEnsure alignment betweenmarketing efforts and sales execution , maximizing ROI on lead generationAssist in broader brand initiatives including franchise meetings, operational programs, and vendor partnershipsQualifications:5+ years of experience in franchise support, business consulting, sales leadership, or small‐business ownershipProven track record ofdriving revenue growth and achieving sales performance targetsStrong understanding ofsales processes, pipeline management, and conversion metrics , preferably in high‐ticket or project‐based sales (home services, construction, remodeling, etc.)Experience coaching or developing salespeople and business owners in a multi‐location or franchise environmentAbility to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategiesExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and hold franchisees accountableStrong business acumen across operations, finance, and salesComfortable working in a fast‐paced, performance‐driven environmentWillingness to travel up to ~30% for in‐field coaching and franchise supportTech‐savvy with experience using CRM systems and performance tracking toolsEmpower Brands is an equal‐opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
