Description: JOB SUMMARY:At Novocure, we are patient-forward, aspiring to make a difference in cancer. Together with our patients, we strive to extend survival in some of the most aggressive forms of cancer by developing and commercializing our innovative therapy.This is a temporary, non-exempt, office-based position reporting to the Director, Strategic Enablement & Process Excellence, Revenue Operations and based in our Portsmouth location.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Learn and support real-world Revenue Operations processes within the medical device industryLearn about our full end-to-end value stream from the time a patient receives a prescription for our device through reimbursement and ongoing patient supportRotate through each function within Revenue Operations to gain exposure to all aspects of the department including our intake coordinators, financial coordinators, operations support, account receivable, reimbursement, training and development, and process excellence teamsSupport the identification and escalation of contracting or medical policy implementation challenges and opportunitiesGather, consolidate, and summarize information related to ongoing projectsConduct a final presentation on learning objectives to conclude the programQUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:Current Health Management and Policy studentStrong ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environmentProblem-solving skills applied with empathy and compassionAble to work with limited supervisionPositive, energetic, and collaborative mindsetABOUT NOVOCURE:Our visionPatient-forward: aspiring to make a difference in cancer.Our patient-forward missionTogether with our patients, we strive to extend survival in some of the most aggressive forms of cancer by developing and commercializing our innovative therapy.Our patient-forward values- innovation- focus- drive- courage- trust- empathyNovocure is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
