The team averages five years of tenure and knows the work. Your job is to lead them well, support what's working, and find the next level of performance together.Operations LeadershipRun day-to-day warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, fulfillment, and logisticsEnsure orders are picked, packed, and delivered accurately and on timeMaintain a safe, organized, and efficient facilityService Division OversightOversee service operations, scheduling, and field executionEnsure technicians are equipped, trained, and delivering quality workDrive consistency, productivity, and customer satisfaction across every jobTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop a team of 6–10 across warehouse and serviceHire, train, and hold the team accountable to clear standardsBuild a culture of safety, accountability, and pride in the workCustomer ExperienceRepresent United Air Filter professionally in customer interactions, escalations, and on-site situationsResolve operational issues quickly and keep customers informedPartner with the business developer and sales team to support key accounts and deliver on customer commitmentsPerformance & GrowthIdentify and execute on improvements that move the needlePartner with leadership on planning, forecasting, and growth initiativesYou bring:5–8 years of progressive operations or branch management experienceDirect people management experience (required): a track record of leading, developing, and holding teams accountableStrong operational instincts, comfortable in a warehouse, on a service call, and in a leadership meetingExcellent communication, organization, and follow-throughA lead-from-the-front mindsetBonus points for experience in:Air filtration, HVAC, industrial distribution, or technical B2BService/field operations leadershipWarehouse and inventory managementCustomer-facing or account management rolesWhy This Role Is DifferentReal ownership of a branch and a team, not just a slot in the org chartDirect access to leadership and a voice in how we growLong-term career growth as the company scalesA values-driven, family-owned culture that respects work/life balance
