Master's 7.5%.Experience Incentive : Sworn officers having actual police experience, may be eligible for an experience incentive as follows: 1 - 2.9 years experience None 3 - 4.9 years experience 2% 5 - 6.9 years experience 4% 7 - 8.9 years experience 6% 9 - 10.9 years experience 8% 11 - 12.9 years experience 10%Supplemental Pay Policy Experience Pay Policy Certified Police Officers (non-7K) earn $52,790.40 - $84,448.00 annually working 80 hours per pay period. Certified Police Officers (7K) earn $55,429.92 - $88,670.40 annually working 84 hours per pay period. Other overtime opportunities would be available as the need arises.This position is responsible for the enforcement of federal, state, and local laws and the protection of life and property.
